  When I order a double double I either no sugar and no cream or the coffees white and looks like milk. XD I paid for a glass of sugary milky gross water.

  Most of the time there is 10+ people behind the counter and it still takes far too long to get your order. Has happened multiple times that the coffee is cold or not even coffee and when I've ordered it, only to find out when you get home and don't want to drive back. Inexperienced staff and lack of management are the culprit in my opinion .
