  Ask for a nice cup of chia tea with milk and sugar to relax. On the way home the only thing in cup was bag and hot water. I was very disappointed not sure if I will go to that one again or not.

  Young, inexperienced staff with no supervision. Have had wrong order given multiple times when going through drivethrough. Only two Tim Hortons in cowansville and both need serious work and better supervision .

  Ordered steak and cheese panini. They had no onions. Then ordered a dozen donuts to go. She dropped one on the floor and put it in box. Asked for salt for poatoes. She gave me one package for two orders. The girls are not friendly and don't seem to even like each other.
